Cyber punk suggestions?

So for Comic-con I plan on cosplaying as a cyberpunk.
And i need some suggestions or feedback on what to add, wear, and how not to look too gothic, or too much like a raver/go-go dancer.

yes... I had my friends help, lol.
It was difficult sleeping with them or leaning my back on stuff because the loops stuck up.

OKAY! So after super busy days at work (both jobs) and too much procrastination I finally finished your drawing. Not even gonna go into when I'm going to finish coloring it in photoshop lol
